The Hive Content Engine is run by Hive Marketing. These terms are written in plain language on purpose. Using the app means you agree to them.
What the service is
The Content Engine generates content ideas, scripts, hooks, shot plans, captions, and related tools (scoring, video analysis, clip editing, website audits) for your business. It’s software plus AI. It hands you the plan and the words. Filming and posting are on you.
Your account
One account per business. Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your login. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or try to break it.
Billing
The self-serve plan is $97/month, billed through Whop. It’s month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your Whop account and you won’t be billed again. If it’s not for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it. Some features (like Website Audit) are one-time purchases, also through Whop.
Fair use
Plans include generous usage limits that cover normal business use many times over. If an account hits its limit, generation pauses until we raise it — message us and we will. Don’t resell access, share logins across businesses, scrape the service, or use it to generate content that’s illegal, deceptive, or harassing.
Your content
What you put in and what the engine generates for you is yours. Use it anywhere. We don’t claim ownership of your scripts, your videos, or your brand. We may look at usage and outputs to keep quality up and fix problems.
Our stuff
The app, the format library, and everything that makes the engine work belong to Hive Marketing. Your subscription is a license to use it, not to copy it.
Straight talk about results
We built this from what actually works for local service businesses, and AI output still needs your judgment. Read scripts before you film them. No specific business result is guaranteed — anyone who guarantees you views is lying.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the service is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. The service is provided as-is.
Changes
We’ll update these terms as the product grows. Material changes get a note in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
